Guide for every Rev tier (2024)

Hello, In this thread I will write how to kill every rev tier with a budget and efficient setup.

T1 Boss:
This boss is really not to scary. It has 500 health and does 15 dps (damage per second) You can probably do this boss and early game level with a few fairy souls and a decent weapon such as an undead sword. This boss gives 5 rev exp and really isn't too hard to kill.

Setup: Undead sword with full armor of any sort such as farmer or hardened diamond. If you struggle to kill it then reforge all of your armor to fierce for maximum damage and your weapon to spicy (damage) or sharp (crit chance) and get a few talismans.

Possible drops: Couple revenant flesh.

Cost to start: 2k

Difficulty rating: 2/10

T2 Boss:
Now it gets a little bit harder. The boss has 20k health and does significantly more damage to the t1 boss (25 dps). I suggest you put your back against a wall because knockback is pain. This boss is still a lot easier than the higher tiers and you should be able to kill it at maybe early - mid game.

Setup: Full set of dragon armor preferably strong dragon. For weapon choice anything like a aspect of the dragons will work fine. If you struggle to kill it I would recommend more talismans, a radiant power orb for healing and a healing wand. Also any damage pet will work (A pet that provides damage stats, strength, crit damage etc) such as a lion, tiger, wither skeleton anything works.

Possible drops: Revenant flesh, foul flesh, pestilence rune, undead catalyst (5%), revenant catalyst (1%).

Cost to start: 7.5k

Difficulty rating: 4/10

T3 Boss:
This boss is significantly harder than the t1 and t2 boss. It has 400k health and does 120 dps and if you cannot kill it in time it will go into ragemode which it does a lot more damage. You could probably kill it at about mid game level.

Setup: Full set of strong or superior. Shadow assassin works too if you can use it. Also at this point you should have access to a revenant falchion which makes this boss a lot easier because of the additional damage. Pet such as wither skeleton or tiger and a radiant or manaflux (if you have sven 6). If you struggle with it then I highly recommend simple potions like strength and crit potions.
Estimated cost: Anywhere between 5-10mil.

Possible drops: Revenant flesh (Guaranteed), foul flesh (Occasional 20%), pestilence rune, undead catalyst, revenant catalyst, smite 6 and beheaded horror.

Cost to start: 20k

Difficulty rating: 6/10

T4 Boss:
This is where it starts to get hard. The boss has 1.5mil health and does 400 dps. This boss will kill you quite quickly if you cannot tank it. You could probably kill it at around mid-late game ish level.

Setup: Full set of shadow assassin or with tarantula helmet. If you have access to reaper falchion then 100% use it. It will help a lot with damage. For healing use a manaflux and also use a weird tuba as the boss spawns. Use a 24 hour god pot as it will provide a lot more damage and efficiency with doing the revs and if you struggle with killing it then get more talismans or upgrade your armor etc.
Estimated cost: 15-20mil.

Possible drops: Revenant flesh (Guaranteed), foul flesh (Occasional 20%), pestilence rune, undead catalyst, revenant catalyst, smite 6, beheaded horror, snake rune (less than 1%) and scythe blade with a drop chance of 0.0538%

Cost to start: 50k

Difficulty rating: 7/10

T5 boss:
This is the last rev boss and is the hardest accordingly. The boss itself has 10mil health and does a whopping 2.4k dps. This boss is extremely hard to kill as the knockback combined with TNT is pain. I suggest you use F5 view as you can see the TNT better. And keep an eye for the blocks on the ground as it will change to clay if the boss if going to throw tnt there. Or if you still struggle with it there is currently a bug where if you stand directly in front of the iron bars located in one of the golden ghoul spawn points the boss will be unable to spawn tnt there. However I am not sure if this is bug abusing so do it at your own risk. This boss also occasionally summons bedrock in the surrounding area which means it will strike lightning on the area with bedrock and this will probably 1 hit kill you or leave you at 100 health.

Setup: (Budget) I highly recommend you use 3/4 rev armor with around 50k kills as it does similar damage to necron and provides a lot of defence for revs and the full set bonus helps a lot as well. Use a ofa reaper falchion preferably recombed. With 50+ talismans, manaflux, weird tuba, healing wand and a godpot. And get a pet with a dwarf turtle shelmet on it as the knockback is painful to deal with.
(Efficient) 3/4 max reaper with a warden helmet and aots.

Estimated cost: ~60-70mil (budget) ~ 400mil

Possible drops: Revenant flesh (Guaranteed), foul flesh (Occasional 20%), pestilence rune, undead catalyst, revenant catalyst, smite 6, beheaded horror, snake rune (less than 1%) scythe blade with a drop chance of 0.0538%, revenant viscera, smite 7, shard of the shredded (used to craft aots) and lastly the warden heart which is an rngesus incarnate drop which is used to craft the warden helmet.

Cost to start: 100k

Difficulty rating 9/10

The drop odds and the cost to start varies when aatrox is mayor or jerry with aatrox perks. The shard of the shredded is worth 20mil each used to craft the best weapon for doing revs, the axe of the shredded also useful for dungeon floor 6,7 and master mode floors.

Additional info: All rev tiers are immune to potion effects, arrows, aotd ability, and the ice spray wand. Also if they are not damaged for a period of time they start to regen health quickly.

Revs tier 3,4 and 5 spawn minibosses which also drop revenant flesh that you can kill to spawn the boss quicker.
